Quests

All Quests have a refund deadline of 15 days from the purchase date. Quests are special programs where you start the learning adventure with some 1000+ other students on a specific date. You also have the option to change the learning mode to self pace.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions work exactly like Netflix. Some subscriptions have trial periods, and some offer a refund period. You can activate either of them and cancel anytime before the deadline at no charge.

Mindvalley Membership

You can refund your Mindvalley Membership 15 days from the purchase date, after this you can only cancel your membership. You will still have access to your membership until your subscription ends. 

Please keep in mind that all Mindvalley subscriptions are set to autopay, which means the system will charge you automatically on your renewal date and all renewal payments are non-refundable.
