If you purchased your ticket to A-Fest Jordan (either for the original dates in 2020 or new dates in 2022), a full refund of the event ticket can be granted up to 30 days before the start date of the event (April 19, 2022).
This is not valid for ticket transfers from 2018 & 2019 events. Once the refund deadline has passed, or your ticket has been transferred to another event or person, you are no longer eligible for a refund of the ticket price.

Alternatively, there are two additional options available to you.
- You can transfer your ticket to the next A-Fest (within 12 months)* free of charge. Please note you can transfer your ticket to the next A-Fest only once. If you transfer your ticket to the next event, you may also be required to pay the difference of the value-added tax (VAT) in the event that there is a higher VAT for the next event location.
- Or, you can transfer your ticket to a family member or friend, provided they have applied and have been accepted to attend the event.
All transfer requests must be made by filling out the official form here. If you fail to complete the ticket transfer process prior to the event, your ticket will be considered forfeit and no refund or transfer will be made. The deadline to transfer your ticket is one week prior to the event. Covid-19 related claims will be reviewed separately and may be transferred up to 1 day before the event.
IMPORTANT: Once the refund deadline has passed, or your ticket has been transferred to another event or person, you are no longer eligible for a refund of the ticket price. (Legal) Spouse/Significant other/Direct family members can purchase a ticket to accompany you to the event without applying.
