Accessing Your Mindvalley Account: Browser or App
You can access your Mindvalley account in two ways: through your internet browser or via the Mindvalley App, available for both Android and iPhone.
Using an Internet Browser:
- Go to the Mindvalley Home page.
- Log in using the email address you used to sign up for a Masterclass or purchase a program. Your temporary password will be sent to you in an email titled "Your Mindvalley Login Details."
You can log in using your email address, Google, Facebook or Apple ID. Please note that your Quests will be linked to the email address you used when purchasing your program.

Common Login Scenarios:
1. First-Time Logging In to Your Mindvalley Account:
Your account is automatically created when you sign up for a Masterclass or purchase a program.
Username: The email address you used to sign up for a Masterclass or purchase a program.
Password: Check your inbox for the email titled "Your Mindvalley Login Details" that contains your temporary password.
2. You've Logged In Before But Can't Log In Anymore:
On the login page, enter the email address and the correct password that you used to sign up or purchase your programs.
Forgot Your Password?
Click on "Don't remember my password?" on the login page and enter your email address. You’ll receive an email titled "Mindvalley: Change Password Request" with instructions on how to reset your password.
3. You Can Log In but Can't Find Your Program:
New purchases will be listed under the Programs tab in your account.
Make sure you're logged in with the correct email address—the one you used to purchase your program or subscription.
Check your bank/credit card/PayPal statement to confirm the transaction for your program went through.
If you still can't find your program:
Contact our Customer Support by clicking the chat icon at the bottom right of the page. Provide details of your purchase, such as the program name, receipt information and the last 4 digits of your credit card. Our agents will help trace your program.
Login Page Not Working?
Try logging in using a different browser. If this works, delete the cookies in your original browser, and you should be able to log in again.
