How can I join A-Fest?

A-Fest is an invite-only event. If you’re interested in joining the upcoming A-Fest, you can apply here.

Once you have been approved to attend A-Fest, you will be invited to buy your ticket.

If you have attended A-Fest at least once since 2019, you don’t have to reapply.

If you attended A-Fest in 2018 or prior, we would love to read your application to see what you have been up to during the last few years.

Please note: If you are interested in bringing immediate adult (18+) family members (this includes grandparents, parents, children, siblings, in-laws, and spouse or partner) only one adult per family needs to complete the application. The approved applicant will receive instructions for themselves and family members to secure their tickets. Information on A-Fest ticket pricing can be found under the section called, ‘How much are the tickets?’

What are the requirements to be accepted?

Past A-Fest attendees include entrepreneurs, employees, artists, thought leaders, innovators, doctors, writers, educators, speakers, professional athletes, Hollywood actors... and more.

What we're looking for are individuals who are driven by epic ideas to impact the world positively. We look for people who are inspiring, ambitious, and can help spread the powerful concepts shared during A-Fest.

Typically, we like to ensure there is a 50/50 ratio of men and women and a selection of representatives from countries and cultures across the globe. There is no age barrier at A-Fest.

How long does the application process take?

Our team will get back to you within 2 weeks, depending on the number of applications we have to review.

If your application is accepted, we will send you more information about the event, including a link to secure your A-Fest ticket.

Please note that there’s a very high demand for the tickets which is why we recommend you secure your spot as soon as possible.

How much are the tickets?

A-Fest is a tiered ticket event with tickets starting at $3,499 and going up to $3,999, meaning the sooner you buy, the better the price. Accommodation, flights, meals, and other travel expenses are not included in the ticket price.

Aside from the event ticket, attendees are responsible for covering their airfare, ground transfers, and accommodation at the all-inclusive Dreams Karibana Cartagena Golf & Spa Resort.

We’ve negotiated a discounted group rate starting from $328 USD for a single room and $410 USD for a double room. The rates include all meals and beverages, Wifi, and taxes, and vary depending on the room category.

The special discounted booking link will be sent to you after you have purchased your ticket.

Can I bring my spouse or family member to the event?

Attendees are welcome to invite their immediate* family members to the event to attend any part of the event (seminar room or social events).

Only one immediate* family member (18+) needs to be approved for A-Fest.

*Immediate adult family members include grandparents, parents, children, siblings, in-laws, and spouse or partner. The approved applicant will receive instructions for themselves and their family members to secure the A-Fest tickets.

Friends are not eligible to bypass the application process. They first need to apply to attend A-Fest, and once approved, they can buy their ticket.

Can I bring my children? How much are the junior tickets?

Although A-Fest is family-friendly and we welcome children of all ages, the program is geared towards adults, and as such, we won’t have any activities planned for minors. However, children (aged 12 and under) are welcome to join the day and nighttime events if accompanied by an adult who holds a valid ticket. Teens (aged 13-17) can attend A-Fest if accompanied by an adult (18+) with a valid ticket, however, they will need a ticket that costs 50% of the price of an adult ticket.

Do I need to be a Mindvalley member to attend A-Fest?

Mindvalley membership is not required for attending A-Fest. However, as A-Fest is an invite-only event with a curated community, you need to apply here: https://www.afest.com/apply

Refund and Transfer Policy

If you have purchased your ticket to A-Fest Colombia, a full refund of the event ticket can be granted up to 30 days before the event's start date (April 4, 2023).

This is not valid for ticket transfers from previous events. Once the refund deadline has passed, or your ticket has been transferred to another event or person, you are no longer eligible for a refund of the ticket price.

Alternatively, there are two additional options available to you.

1. You can transfer your ticket to the next A-Fest (within 12 months)* free of charge. Please note you can transfer your ticket to the next A-Fest only once. If you transfer your ticket to the next event, you may also be required to pay the difference of the value-added tax (VAT) if there is a higher VAT for the next event location.
2. You can transfer your ticket to a family member or friend, provided they have applied and have been accepted to attend the event. All transfer requests must be made by filling out the official form here. If you fail to complete the ticket transfer process before the event, your ticket will be considered forfeit, and no refund or transfer will be made. The deadline to transfer your ticket is one week before the event.

IMPORTANT: Once the refund deadline has passed or your ticket has been transferred to another event or person, you are no longer eligible for a refund of the ticket price. (Legal) Spouse/Significant other/Direct family members can purchase a ticket to accompany you to the event without applying.
