If you're passionate about personal growth, building meaningful connections and being part of transformative experiences, volunteering with the Mindvalley Events Team support crew could be your next big adventure.
Here’s your simple guide to joining the crew and why it could become one of the most fulfilling journeys you take.
What is the Events Team Support Crew?
The Mindvalley Events Team Support Crew is a group of dedicated volunteers who assist the core Events Team during our live experiences, including:
Mindvalley U
Future Human
Weekend Live Events
Mindvalley Summits
and other transformative gatherings around the world.
As a volunteer, you’ll be helping behind the scenes to make sure everything runs smoothly, while gaining incredible experiences and connections in the process.
Who can Apply?
To join the crew, you’ll need to meet the following requirements:
✅ Be at least 18 years old
✅ Complete the official application form before the deadline
✅ Cover your own travel, accommodation, food and other expenses
✅ Commit to being present for the full duration of the event
✅ Attend pre-event training sessions (live or via recordings)
✅ Be available for shifts assigned by the Crew Lead
✅ For some events, you must be a local citizen due to legal regulations
What skills are we looking for?
While we welcome volunteers from all walks of life, here are a few traits that make a great Support Crew member:
Fluency in English (spoken and written)
Great communication and people skills
Adaptability in fast-paced environments
Problem-solving and resourcefulness
Self-motivated and proactive mindset
Interest in personal growth (a plus, but not required)
Ability to handle your own travel logistics, including visa applications
What do you get out of it?
Volunteering isn’t just about giving, it’s about receiving too. As part of the Support Crew, you’ll enjoy:
🎟️ An event pass
🎧 Access to sessions when you're not on shift
🌍 Connection with a global tribe of extraordinary individuals
🎁 A free Mindvalley Membership (depending on the event)
🧠 Hands-on experience with a world-class events team
📄 An official invitation letter (for visa purposes, if needed)
Note: A-Fest is not open for volunteer applications, as it is managed by internal Mindvalley team members.
How do I apply?
The application process usually opens 3–5 months before each event.
Here’s how it works:
- Fill out the application form
-
Wait for our review and notification
(you’ll be selected, waitlisted, or declined) - Sign the agreement if selected
- Join the training sessions and get ready to crew!
You can absolutely encourage your friends to apply, but each application is reviewed individually and we can’t guarantee the same shifts or selection for everyone.
Working hours & expectations
Expect to work up to 8 hours a day, though this may vary by event. Your exact schedule will be shared by your Crew Lead.
You’ll also be expected to
Follow the Volunteer Guidelines
Represent Mindvalley respectfully (no self-promotions or service offerings allowed)
Stay committed especially after confirmation
(Cancelling last-minute may affect future opportunities)
Travel, accommodation & sustainability tips
Mindvalley does not cover travel or accommodation costs. However, for Mindvalley University, we often partner with local hotels to offer discounts. Details are shared in your Attendee Guide before the event.
We also encourage our crew to think sustainably:
Take trains, buses, or ferries when possible
Use public transport or bikes locally
Bring reusable bottles and cups
Join our mission to reduce waste and environmental impact
