The Mindvalley Certified Holobody Coach program is a 4-month online program with pre-recorded and live features which makes it flexible and easy to follow. After completing the program you become a Mindvalley Certified Holobody Coach.
Application Fee and Purchase:

Secure Your Spot:
- To secure your place in the program, pay the application fee. This fee is non-refundable, as it forms part of the total program cost.
- Once you submit and your application is accepted, you'll automatically receive an email with complete details about the full certification price and various payment options.

Refund Policy:
- Application Fee: If your application is not accepted, the initial fee will be refunded within one week.
- Program Purchase: If you decide not to proceed after acceptance, you're eligible for a full refund of the application fee within 15 days of the purchase date.
- If you purchase the certification and for any reason you cannot do it, you will also have 15 days to ask for a refund.
What to do after purchasing the certification:
- When the program is in your account, you can immediately access the introductory lessons where you will get an overview of the program structure and guidance to follow the course and complete it successfully.
- Upon purchasing the program, you will receive emails containing links to your specific cohort Zoom sessions for the Q&A’s and the weekly coaching labs. Additionally, you will get an email with the link to your cohort community on the Circle platform.

Navigating Your Program: A Step-by-Step Guide

Content Release:
- Weeks unlock sequentially, allowing you to progress at your own pace.
- You can access all lessons within a week at once or watch them individually as you prefer.

Active Learning:
- Keep your companion journal nearby as you watch the videos.
- Review the written content and actively engage with the corresponding lessons for the current week.
- We recommend printing the documents so you can take notes and write your thoughts directly on them.

Post-Lesson Activities:
- After watching each video, review the summary provided underneath it.
- Download any additional documents related to the lesson for further reference.
- If there are guided meditations, you can listen to them at your convenience.
Live Components and Practice:
- Q&A Sessions: During these calls, we aim to address common questions and uncertainties arising from the lessons. Bring your list of questions for clarification!
- Coaching Labs: Three weekly sessions provide structured practice opportunities. Remember, consistent practice is key!
- Peer Coaching: Find additional practice partners among your peers in the online community or through your network. 14 hours of coaching practice are required for graduation.
Weekly Coaching Exercise:
Each week, we'll share a coaching exercise (used in the labs) you can utilize in your own practice or as inspiration as you progress.
Program Structure and Assessments.
The Program is Divided into Four Modules:
Month 1: The Foundations of Powerful Coaching
Month 2: The Baseline of Health Transformation
Month 3: The Racing Mode for Health Transformation
Month 4: The Cruising Mode for Health Transformation
An assessment follows each module, and passing them earns you a certificate of completion. Download and save these certificates they are required for graduation! Assessments can be taken at your own pace.
Missing a Practice Lab?
Don't worry if you miss a weekly Practice Lab! You can still fulfill your practice requirement by doing the following:
- Schedule a practice session with friends, colleagues, or family: This allows you to apply your skills and receive feedback in a supportive environment.
- Participate in practice sessions outside the program: Any practice sessions you do with others count towards your 14-hour requirement. Just track them on your sheet.
Remember:
- The Practice Labs are designed to provide a structured platform for practice, but they are not mandatory. You can complete your requirements through other means as well.
- Each Practice Lab session will be counted as 30 minutes on your tracking sheet.
