All Evercoach programs are refundable within 15 days after their date of purchase.

Exceptions:

The Book of Coaching & The Business Book of Coaching are not refundable

Coaching Mastery by Evercoach is not refundable after the trial period

How to refund?

You can refund yourself with one click, within 15 Days of Purchase. Please refer to the process below:

STEP 1

Click on your Profile Icon on the top right of the Mindvalley Website. Select “My Account”.

STEP 2

Next, click on the Billing option.

STEP 3

You will then see all your programs and if you purchased a program in the last 15 days, click the Refund link next to the program to issue a refund.

The refund is processed automatically and your bank should credit your account within 1 to 7 days (depending on your bank).

If you’d like to submit a claim to receive a refund beyond the 15 days or can’t refund yourself, use the chat function here and reach out to us. Please state the program you’re trying to refund and add the word ‘Evercoach’ in your request. We’ll do our best to review your request as soon as possible.
