How can I contact Customer Support for Certifications-related issues?We have dedicated Customer Support for our Certification Students, please, send an email to certification@mindvalley.com, and allow up to 48 hours for a response.
I have questions regarding my setup, my email address, or my payments, who do I reach out to?
For all account, payment, and program-related questions please reach out to certification@mindvalley.com - we do our best to respond to everyone within 2-3 business days.
How long does it take to go through the Certification?
Our Certifications are a 4-month journey comprising of virtual learning, coaching labs, Q&A calls, and assessments.
How many hours would you need to set aside for the certification on a weekly basis?
You need:
1 hour to attend the Live Q&A calls (or watch the recordings)
1.5 hours a week to attend your Coaching Lab
And 1-2 hours per week to watch the recorded lessons.
Can I work full-time and take the certification?
Our programs are set up perfectly for “busy” people. You can complete everything flexibly within your unique schedule, as long as you make it to your weekly Q&A Calls and Coaching Labs.
If you are unable to attend the live Q&A Calls, you can watch the recordings uploaded to your membership library. For the Coaching Labs, you must attend live so you can practice.
How will my learning journey continue after completing the certification?
You will have lifetime access to the content of the program, and the bonuses. The recordings of the weekly Q&A Calls will be available for you for up to 2 months after graduation.
Can I access the program from any device?
Yes, all learning materials can be accessed online through any device with an internet connection, through the Mindvalley platform & apps.
When are the Live Classes for my Certification?
All detailed instructions for Live Calls, live Q&A sessions, and Coaching Labs will be dispatched to your inbox via the automated welcome emails, which are sent after your program purchase.
You will also find this information in the community platform as soon as you connect. We sent you another specific email regarding how to access it.

Can we do the Coaching Labs with different Lead Coaches, or is it suggested we stay with the same Coach the whole course?
We suggest you stay with the same coach during the whole journey, but you are welcome to join other Coaching Labs as well.
Do I get the Mindvalley Membership with this certification?
No. This is separate from the Mindvalley Membership.
